In the face of profound changes in the field of logistics and supply chains under the impact of digital transformation, big data, optimization and artificial intelligence, the need to train high-quality human resources to closely meet the needs of the labor market is becoming increasingly urgent. This is an issue of special concern to training institutions, businesses and policy makers. In order to create a forum for academic exchange and strengthen connections between the State - Schools - Enterprises, the Faculty of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, College of Technology - National Economics University organized a scientific discussion with the topic "Labor market trends and training strategies for Logistics Technology industry".

The discussion focused on discussing core issues related to training and developing human resources in the Logistics Technology industry in the new context. Main contents include logistics training experience at National Economics University; the role of technology, data science, optimization and artificial intelligence in modern supply chain management; as well as the labor market's expectations for logistics human resources in the digital transformation period.
In addition, speakers and guests will discuss opportunities and challenges in applying optimization problems to logistics, and discuss orientations for building training programs linked to the practical needs of businesses and development trends.

The discussion had the participation of scientists, educational managers and experts from the National Economics University, Ho Chi Minh City National University.
