The Faculty of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence accompanies EVN on the Digital Transformation journey

In order to strongly promote the digital transformation process, Vietnam Electricity (EVN) has just coordinated with the Department of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence - College of Technology, National Economics University and the Center for Economic and Business Research and Consulting (NEU) to organize a special course on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for level 3 management staff.

The course is a practical step in the effort to realize the goal of building EVN into a pioneering enterprise in the application of digital technology, thereby improving operational efficiency and bringing better experiences to customers.

Teaching the course are experienced lecturers from the Department of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. In particular, Dr. Vu Huan and lecturer Nguyen Thi Minh Trang are co-in charge of Topic 1: Digital transformation in business and customer service. With professional knowledge and practical experience, instructors will provide students with a comprehensive view of the application of AI in optimizing processes, improving business efficiency and improving customer service quality.

Through this program, the College of Technology - NEU not only provides knowledge but also acts as a bridge between academic research and business practice. The cooperation with EVN is a clear demonstration of the University's efforts in bringing modern technology to serve the sustainable development of the economy and society.
