VIETTEL FUTURE CHANGEMAKERS 2025 program
Viettel Future Changemakers 2025 is a career breakthrough opportunity for students of the College of Technology - National Economics University. This is the only Management Trainee program at Viettel Group, aiming to select excellent individuals for in-depth training in two key areas: Technology Product Management and Logistics & Supply Chain.
The program offers a clear development path, a professional, practical environment and rapid advancement opportunities, promising to be a solid launching pad for young people who aspire to pioneer and make a mark in the field of technology and supply chain.
During 18 months, students will undergo 1 month of intensive training and 17 months of practical rotation in Hanoi. In particular, the attractive salary and the unique Fast-track route at Viettel, open up opportunities to become a team leader and manager after training.

Evaluation rounds include Competency test - foreign language, Assessment Center and in-depth interview.
