Women in Technology & Innovation Awards 2025 is a prestigious international award chaired by the Australia-Vietnam Strategic Technology Center, jointly organized with the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Vietnam Ministry of Science and Technology, Nokia and global partners. The award aims to honor and connect young female talents working in strategic technology fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), 5G/6G networks, Internet of Things (IoT), cybersecurity, quantum technology and semiconductors - fields that are shaping the future of the global digital economy.
Dinh Dao Lan Vy, student of the Department of Economic Mathematics and a research member at DATCOM Laboratory – College of Technology, National Economics University was honored to receive the Women in Technology & Innovation Awards 2025. Lan Vy's achievement is a clear affirmation of individual efforts and the positive role of women in the field of advanced technology. This prestigious award is organized within the framework of cooperation between Australia and Vietnam, to honor potential female students and young researchers in the fields of strategic technology and innovation.

Among the 20 individuals receiving awards this year, the majority are PhDs and lecturers from leading universities. Dinh Dao Lan Vy is one of four individuals selected without a doctorate, showing the professional council's high appreciation of her capacity and development potential. In addition to financial rewards, honored individuals are also given the opportunity to participate in an in-depth mentoring program with international experts, helping to expand knowledge, accumulate experience and orient future research.
The award also reflects the positive development of technology training programs at the College of Technology - National Economics University, which is constantly expanding and affirming its position in the fields of data technology and artificial intelligence.
