Faculty of Information Technology - College of Technology and Information Technology Center - National Economics University are collaborating with HP Corporation to deploy the HP Gaming Garage program at the School. This is HP's global initiative, which has been applied in more than 20 countries, with the goal of equipping students with modern knowledge and skills in the fields of Esports Management and Game Development.

With the strength of training in Information Technology, the Faculty of IT considers this an important opportunity to expand research, teaching and innovation in game programming, artificial intelligence and digital entertainment technology. Currently, the Faculty is collaborating with HP to build a pilot roadmap for modules and labs following the HP Gaming Garage model.
The program includes many modules designed according to international standards and deployed on the edX platform. Outstanding content includes:
Esports Management: Managing teams, events and e-sports ecosystems.
Game Design: Building gameplay, character design and developing non-linear storylines.
Game Programming: Developing games with Unity, Unreal Engine, AI/ML.
Generative AI in Game Development: Applying AI in creating content, characters, music and game worlds.
When participating in the program, students will have access to 98 learning modules and professional certificates from HP and edX. In addition, students also have the opportunity to participate in international Hackathon and Game Jam competitions, connecting with young people from more than 190 countries.
In particular, students will be taught and mentored directly by leading experts in the gaming and esports industry. This is an important preparation for students to be ready to participate in the fields of Information Technology, Communications, Games and Digital Entertainment - industries that are growing strongly.

The HP Gaming Garage program promises to open up many learning and creative opportunities for students, while affirming the pioneering role of National Economics University in bringing modern technology into training and research.
