Program announcement Introduction and training session for lecturers on basic Data Science in Economics and Business College of Technology
In the context of data increasingly becoming a strategic resource of the digital economy, equipping students with basic knowledge of data science for economics and business students is an inevitable trend. To effectively deploy the new subject "Basic Data Science in Economics and Business", the College of Technology organized a content introduction and lecturer training session on the morning of July 30, 2025 (from 8:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.) at room 513, 5th floor, building A2 - National Economics University.

Participants include: deans of faculties under the College of Technology and lecturers in charge of teaching Lectures and Tutorials of the subject (mandatory); lecturers at the College of Technology in general; along with National Economics University lecturers who are interested in the program content.
For the program to run effectively, teachers need to bring personal laptops and should have Python and software that supports reading .ipynb files (like Jupyter Notebook) pre-installed. Preparing in advance will help lecturers easily access modern lesson design tools and participate in direct practice throughout the program.
The program is an important first step in implementing data science teaching in a modern, applied and practical way. All teachers are welcome to attend fully and on time!
