NCT JOB FAIR 2025: Main activities and key content

On December 27, 2025, NCT JOB FAIR 2025 will officially take place with many in-depth activities, aiming to effectively connect between students and the business community.

In order to build a sustainable bridge between high-quality young human resources and the labor market, NCT JOB FAIR 2025 returns with expanded scale, practical content and professional organization. The event is expected to provide students with opportunities to access jobs, internships as well as appropriate career orientation in the context of increasingly high recruitment requirements.

The program will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and will be implemented according to a clear and scientific roadmap. The opening ceremony (8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.) begins, marking the official start of the festival, with the participation of school representatives, partner businesses and a large number of students.  

The program will be followed by a discussion session combining the introduction of tool platforms to support CV building (8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.). Here, students will listen to sharing about recruitment trends, skill requirements from businesses, and apply tools to support professional CV building - an important factor in the job and internship search process.

The highlight of NCT JOB FAIR 2025 lies in the series of experiential activities taking place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Students have the opportunity to directly discuss and interview with employers at business booths; Participate in 1:1 CV review activities and mock interviews with human resources experts. Besides, interactive activities such as photobooth and gift receiving minigame contribute to creating a vibrant and youthful atmosphere for the entire event.

In particular, the festival will have the participation of many businesses, recruitment units and research laboratories from diverse fields. The presence of companion units promises to bring many suitable internship and job opportunities, helping students access a professional working environment and better orient their career path. Through direct contact with businesses, students have the opportunity to evaluate their own abilities, determine their career goals and proactively prepare for their journey after graduation.
