In the context of digital technology and digital finance growing strongly, Vietnam currently ranks third in the Asia-Pacific region in terms of crypto asset transaction value, reaching more than 220 billion USD in the period from July 2024 to June 2025 - an increase of 55% over the same period last year. This growth opens up many opportunities for innovation, but also brings with it many risks as forms of high-tech fraud become increasingly sophisticated and complex.
In order to help students have a more correct, comprehensive and proactive view in accessing the digital financial space, the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Assets Association (VBA), the Institute of Blockchain Technology and Artificial Intelligence (ABAII) in collaboration with the College of Technology - University of Economics National International (NEU) co-organizes the conference "Crypto-assets: Opportunities, risks and fraud identification", within the framework of the ABAII Unitour 2025 program series.
