ABAII Unitour #7: “AI: Understand correctly, use skillfully, master the interaction hybrid”

Artificial intelligence is entering a strong boom period, reshaping the way the economy operates and opening up completely new growth models. According to estimates from McKinsey, AI can contribute from 2,600 to 4,400 billion USD per year to the global economy – a growth equivalent to the GDP of a power in the top 5–10 world.

Not an exception to that trend, Vietnam recorded a remarkable increase in the speed of AI application. In 2024 alone, about 47,000 businesses have deployed AI-related solutions, equivalent to more than 5 businesses every hour. A total of nearly 170,000 businesses - accounting for 18% of the total number of businesses nationally - are using AI in their operations, an increase of 39% compared to the previous year.

Despite the wide opportunities, the application of AI also poses many challenges: from technology ethics, over-reliance, to lack of background knowledge, especially among students - those who are constantly but occasionally exposed to technology. when not capable of evaluating and using it properly.

In order to support students in equipping students with the right thinking, safe use skills, as well as taking advantage of the power of AI in academia and career, the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Assets Association and the ABAII Institute of Blockchain Technology and Artificial Intelligence in collaboration with the College of Technology - National Economics University organized the conference "AI: Understand correctly, use wisely, master the future", part of a series of programs. ABAII Unitour 2025.
